I really love this game, I could honestly play it all day! I'm super confused about one thing though: how the heck do you play the last level when there's no water? Is it supposed to be a sword-only level, somehow?? It doesn't seem beatable, but I tried anyway because I really REALLY wanted to keep playing. I might replay the other levels a few times anyway, cause I had so much fun!! The concept is unique, it plays differently from other tower defense games while keeping the best features of the genre. It was really satisfying to grow my defenses in such a hands-on way, and I love how the mechanics encourage changing your strategy all throughout each level! Plus I think the graphics are really charming, it's all so nice to look at and honestly professional-quality work. If you ever decided to add more levels I would happily pay for this game and recommend it to anyone who would listen :]

I think I broke this game. After about 40 points, almost every option had "narrow opponent end of arena" as its drawback, although both ends were already narrow so the option did nothing. by this time I was regenerating a lot of lives, had a very low chance of taking damage, and my opponent's paddle had been randomized away. (I did try to randomize them again but it did not come back.) by point 60, every round took less than a second; by point 70, each round was decided solely by the ball rapidly bouncing off all the obstacles, much too fast to follow. then I started to let it get blurrier until it looked like this:and it would basically just blink for a split second when I clicked. By the white blur on the far left I figured that I wasn't losing lives fast enough and was basically never going to lose so I had to give in and just refresh the page.
had the time of my life! 12/10 will pour further hours into this. I'm sorry my original review complained about the randomization; the randomization is actually the best part. I see that now. :]
This is so nice and peaceful! I like feeling like the guardian of this forest, guiding its slow recovery. Before any bunnies appeared, one little fox walked up to me and started following me around. It was like it had wandered into my forest and it stayed close, like a pet, and stuck with me until it died. That was sad but also very sweet. I do wonder why there's so much empty space? I got extremely lost looking for more things to do, wandered around the edge a while and discovered that the world is a VERY strange shape, no wonder I couldn't find the way back to my house or the big tree or any landmark. For a while I kept going back and forth, bumping into the edge of the world and turning back to try and find the center, only to hit the other edge without finding a single thing. Currently I am lost in a totally empty space and kind of considering giving up because I don't know if I'll ever be able to find the foxes or any more plants to help... But I really want to finish the game! I'm invested and I wanna see it turn all green I just seriously can't find anything right now. I'll keep trying a while longer...
I've noticed that almost all the creatures on my island have poor sensory perception. based on watching the short life of the one species that did have perfect perception, I think this is because in such a small space, creatures that can see too far can usually see a zomb or other danger, so they're too stressed to breed. does that mirror anyone else's observations?
