IAN TEAGUE – HEAD OF IT, WOODLAND TRUST
Vidyo, the video conferencing solution supplied and serviced by Class Networks is completely changing the dynamics of our meetings and our teams are really starting to appreciate it. The most recent feedback I’ve received is that it’s the best video conferencing meeting they’ve ever been in and it was ‘head and shoulders above Skype For Business.
CHRISTOPHER ASLETT BENG (HONS) CBIFM – FACILITIES MANAGER, FAMILY ACTION
I just wanted to email you all and thank you for how well the migration happened this week. I’ve had very positive feedback from project managers and staff.
MARK WILDMAN – MARKETING AND BUSINESS MANAGER, SANDWELL LEISURE TRUST
We have built up a very good relationship with Class Networks and they always respond to issues proactively, even giving technical support out of hours and at week-ends. They provide cost-effective solutions and I like their consultative approach, always finding a solution to a problem. We rely heavily on Class to manage our phone system, maintain and support it, leaving us to focus on what we do best: actual sales and booking enquiries.
MARK GALLAGHER – FINANCE OFFICER, BRIO LEISURE
Class worked well with Brio’s IT team, drawing on their experience and expertise. The fact that the phones all arrived pre-configured was a big help. The most important technical factor is flexibility. Class are very happy to adapt to Brio’s changing needs, even if it means the project will take longer. They have a more holistic view, looking at the long-term benefits, and have a no-pressure approach. This helps maintain longevity in the customer-partner relationship and also ensures happy customers.
TRISTAN MONK – IT SERVICES MANAGER, CATS PROTECTION
Alex – this is for you! – many thanks for your hard work on all these projects, it would not have happened so easily if it were not for your continued excellent support.
NATALIE WESTERMAN – OFFICE MANAGER, ACEVO
I was impressed with how smoothly the process went. I handed over the details of our current providers to Alex, who project managed the process. He literally took over all communications with the current provider. He also set up regular update meetings with me so that I knew what was happening. This freed me up to focus on my day job. It also meant that the entire process took two weeks from start to finish. I would say we’ve probably saved £3,000.
IAN HAYES – CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER, HALO LEISURE
The MPLS platform has proved critical to Halo’s fundamental operation. The provision of a data network with a single gateway onto the public network delivers seamless communication across multiple sites and remote users, with increased team collaboration. There has been a dramatic improvement in organisational efficiency, better monitoring of call metrics and improved customer service levels.
BOB SINCLAIR – CHAIRMAN, PET FOSTERING SERVICE SCOTLAND (PFSS)
Class Networks has been supporting us for 10 years now and I just wanted to say thank you again for another fantastic year of support. I can honestly say everyone at PFSS was very pleased with the update to the phone system, the new number and all the other changes you made for us. You always look after us, providing excellent advice and the level of service, support and attention to detail is first-class. Finally, our Board of Trustees also passes on their thanks for all your help and we look forward to the future and expansion of our system with mobiles.
PHILIPPA WILLIAMS – ADOPTION UK
The biggest difference is that now I can access all the documents I could ever need wherever I am, on whatever tablet, laptop or phone I’m using. It also means carrying less equipment which is good for practical and physical reasons! However, the most rewarding aspect of being able to access documents ‘on the go’ is that I can be more responsive to the needs of the adoptive parents and social workers. If a thought comes into my head ‘oh I have a film, document, flyer that explains that topic’, I can access it on the spot. Even without WIFI, OneDrive means things like this are now possible.
FRIEND OF THE EARTH
We are now managing all calls through Teams Voice direct routing, seeing improvements in service uptime, reduction in support overhead, significant cost savings, happier staff and overall ease of managing our communications. Making and recieving calls from any location and device has been especially critical in these strange and scary times; it has meant that we have been able to remain operational and in contact with our supporters, which is crucial for us as a charity. We really appreciate your straightforward advice and detailed explanations, but most of all your ‘no hard sell’ approach.
