Armen is the co-founder and CEO of DISQO, a CX platform that helps brands create more meaningful experiences through an accurate and authentic understanding of every customer experience.

A relentless builder and a serial entrepreneur, Armen is passionate about empowering organizations of all sizes – from SMBs to large enterprises – to make customer-centric and data-driven decisions with confidence. He believes that market leaders and disruptors alike only win by putting customers at the center of every decision. DISQO’s CX platform is used today to answer millions of questions monthly by the most iconic brands and agencies.

Armen moved to the U.S. in the 90s and has spent most of his adult life in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Southern California with an undergraduate degree in the Sciences and a graduate degree in Accounting. In his spare time, you’ll find him on the tennis court playing each point like his life depended on it and raising three active boys with his wife.

Drew is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of DISQO, an experience platform that helps brands create more meaningful interactions by providing accurate and authentic insights into every brand experience.

An innovator and entrepreneur at heart, Drew is the visionary architect behind DISQO’s platform. He empowers decision-makers — from small businesses to large enterprises — to make customer-centric, data-driven decisions with confidence. By directing strategy across product, engineering, and data teams, his team delivers innovative AI-based applications that help clients understand every customer, every touchpoint, and every outcome in the customer journey. Today, DISQO’s experience platform answers millions of questions monthly for some of the most iconic brands and agencies.

Drew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California State University. Having moved to the US in the late 1990s, he has spent most of his adult life in Los Angeles. With over 20+ years of experience as a CTO, entrepreneur, advisor, and angel investor, he has scaled startups to multinational status and delivered high-impact results for Fortune 500 companies. When he’s not building things, Drew enjoys raising his three inquisitive sons with his wife, focusing on family travel, mountain biking, skiing, and just about everything outdoors.

As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, Armen oversees the full-funnel experience of DISQO’s 2M+ member audience, the foundation of our industry-leading, zero-party CX platform. He leads consumer acquisition and nurtures a growth mindset in partnership with the Product, Data and Member Support teams.

A champion of the Agile mindset, Armen believes data is at the heart of every growth strategy and encourages DISQO Nation to ask if we’re measuring what matters, while driving maximum impact through ongoing experimentation and refinement.

Armen believes the responsibility of a servant leader is to earn the trust of his team, listen actively to their ideas and opinions, and empower them to become healthier, wiser, freer and future leaders themselves.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Neil leads DISQO’s Revenue function, driving the company’s growth as we scale our brand experience platform. He is focused on spearheading go-to-market strategies across sales and channels, demand generation, sales operations, and sales enablement. Partnering with the Customer Success team, Neil also enhances value for current clients, enabling them to unlock insights into brand building and its influence on outcomes.

Neil brings his proven 25-year track record in strategic revenue and sales management expertise to DISQO. Before joining DISQO, Neil served as Chief Revenue Officer at Performio, a global leader in Incentive Compensation Management software; where he was instrumental in expanding the international customer-facing operation and achieving new revenue milestones.

Neil holds a dual major in International Relations and Economics from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship. He currently resides in the greater San Francisco Bay Area with his family. Outside of work, Neil enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and staying active with his family.

Scott Henderson leads DISQO’s finance organization, along with revenue operations, sales enablement and business systems. Motivated by DISQO’s mission to build the most trusted CX platform that fuels brand growth, he develops financial strategies for DISQO’s continued growth, with a focus on efficiency and teams and technology alignment.

Scott has an impeccable reputation as a growth-driving finance executive adept at building strategies that have scaled companies from $25 million to $30 billion in revenue. He joins DISQO following 20+ years at Salesforce in roles spanning revenue operations, financial planning/analysis, and controllership, including 7 years building out and leading the EMEA and International Finance function. Scott joined Salesforce as an early startup in 2002, and played a pivotal role in growing the company into the global enterprise of 75,000+ employees that it is today. Prior to Salesforce, Scott also held leadership roles at other global companies and high-growth startups, including Apple and Hexcel Corporation.

Outside of DISQO, Scott enjoys spending time with his two sons, traveling and dining in new places and just about everything outdoors, especially golf.

Lyndsay is a high-energy people leader, passionate about cultivating cultures of high engagement and impact. She knows that people-first organizations see the most success, and strives to tap into employees’ full potential to drive results. Through a strategic vision and organizational alignment, Lyndsay unites DISQO’s distributed workforce under shared values and dedication to the company’s  mission and purpose.

With 20+ years of experience in global people operations roles at early- and mid-stage startups and in travel luxury retail, Lyndsay has a proven track record in designing and scaling dynamic and multifunctional people teams. Since joining DISQO in 2021, she has overseen the implementation of new technology, including our benefits platform, and designed strategies and procedures to ensure compliance is a part of our regular program.

When Lyndsay isn’t empowering team members to be their best selves, she’s likely at home teaching her young daughter to do the same. Together, they enjoy nights of crafting, singing, and lots of dancing. 

As General Counsel, David works with teams across the organization to ensure that DISQO’s objectives and growth are achieved with guidance from a world-class legal team that holds transparency as a guiding principle.

David brings more than 20 years of experience advising technology and consumer brands on intellectual property, compliance with international privacy regulations, complex commercial agreements, risk management, product development, and more. He joined DISQO from Blue Jeans Network, where he built a legal practice and developed internal processes to support the company’s business goals. Prior to BlueJeans, he held positions with JAKKS Pacific, BeachBody, and Red Bull. He began his legal career as an associate at Fenwick and West.

When he’s not advising on legal matters, David is spending time with his wife, son and dog, golfing or cheering on his favorite San Francisco-bay area sports teams.

David is dedicated to providing a world-class experience and impact for DISQO’s customers, extending a “customer success” mindset across all parts of the business. He leads the Customer Success team, ensuring the insights we deliver about what consumers feel and what they do are actionable. He works with an unrelenting focus on increasing customer value as we expand the reach and capabilities of our customer experience platform.

Previously, David led the Global Customer Success team at Numerator, driving customer outcomes across products and customer verticals. Before Numerator, he held leadership positions at Mintel, LRN, and IBM, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and value and contributing to values-based culture and leadership. David is most passionate about his wife and two sons, followed quickly by his love of friends, fitness, history, podcasts, and all things related to NY-based sports teams.

As Chief Evangelist, Bonnie leverages her 30+ years of leadership for the betterment of DISQO’s market research clients and the insights industry at-large. Bonnie has dedicated her career to client advocacy and to raising the bar on innovation and data quality by holding the industry accountable to the highest standards.

Since joining the company as Chief Customer Officer in 2017, Bonnie has led strategic client relationships, helped to build an agile Customer Success Team, and worked tirelessly to ensure quality as executive sponsor of DISQO’s Trust and Safety team. Bonnie is a recognized thought leader on quality industry-wide, driving discussion and action to ensure the integrity of the insights space and the business decisions clients make using insights.

Prior to DISQO, Bonnie held executive leadership roles at Lightspeed, now the Profiles Division of Kantar, and various other leading market research firms. Today, she is an advisor and an active member of industry associations including The Insights Association, ARF, ESOMAR, AMA, and WIRe. Bonnie is also a founding member and on the Steering Committee for the Coalition for Advancing Sampling Excellence (CASE), as well as a founding member and former board member of SampleCon.

When not on industry stages, you’ll find Bonnie spending time with her family, swimming, taking in a Broadway show with friends, or learning more about the revolutionary war in her hometown.

Ted is committed to helping DISQO solve market research challenges by delivering quality insight solutions to his clients. As the Executive Vice President of Sales for Research & Insights, Ted leads the Sales team in developing new business opportunities by helping clients solve problems with DISQO Audience solutions, deriving insights they can trust and activate.

Ted has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships, with over 30 years of sales experience in the technology and financial industries. Previously, he was EVP and Head of North American Sales at Instantly and VP of Major Account Sales at ADP. He has also held positions at Toluna and EMC/Dell. Outside of work, Ted loves spending time with family and friends.

Stephen is a thought leader in ad measurement, providing high-quality and creative solutions to customers who need to understand the impact of their campaign investments. As President, Media Effectivness, Stephen leads the deployment of DISQO Brand solutions, delivering innovative media measurement and ad effectiveness measurement through our Brand and Outcomes Lift products, working with a growing array of client categories to improve advertising performance.

With over 20 years of experience, Stephen was previously SVP at MetrixLab, Chief Revenue Officer & Advisor at DoGood Media, and EVP of Media Practice & Business Operations at Millward Brown Digital. Stephen is also a founding member of InsightExpress. On weekends, you can catch Stephen skiing, kayaking, and mountain biking in South Lake Tahoe.

As Vice President of Product, Consumer Applications, Andrew spearheads the evolution of DISQO’s consumer-facing mobile and desktop applications that empower people to share information about their customer experiences. A champion of DISQO’s drive to bring transparency to the exchange of data between brands and their customers, Andrew is laser-focused on creating a rewarding, fun, and trustworthy experience for DISQO audience members so they can help enterprise clients make better decisions for their customers.

An agile, data-driven product leader, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience defining, managing, and delivering high-impact consumer applications across retail, travel, education, and more. He previously served as Senior Director of Strategy and Product at Oracle, where he led customer retention for the company’s Fusion applications. Andrew also held product leadership roles at Nordstrom, Varsity Tutors and Expedia. In his free time, Andrew is just as active; you’ll find him enjoying the great outdoors with his two sons and traveling the world.
