HAKOM issues the right of way certificate based on the Electronic Communications Act and the Ordinance on Right of Way certificate and Fee
The Ordinance on Right of Way Certificate and Fee specifies in more detail how to submit a request to HAKOM for issuing a certificate of the right of way. The types of real estate are also determined by this Ordinance. The amount of the fee for the right of way, depending on the type of real estate and area, is provided in a table in the Ordinance on Right of Way Certificate and Fee.
It is necessary to fill out a short electronic request form (e-Request) and confirm the accuracy and truthfulness of the entered data.
After that, a notice of the entered data and submitted request is displayed on the screen, with the option to print it for obtaining a physical certificate. The user also receives a notice of the successfully submitted request to the email address provided when submitting the request.
Upon successful submission of the request, the processing of the request begins at HAKOM, and in case of a need for any additional information, HAKOM will notify the user by email. HAKOM will deliver the certificate of the right of way to the requester via the user's mailbox, and the user will be notified via email.
HAKOM collects and processes the personal data of applicants for issuing a certificate of the right of way based on the authorities granted to HAKOM by the Electronic Communications Act and the Regulation on the Certificate and Fee for the Right of Way, for processing requests, issuing certificates, and keeping records of issued certificates in by Article 21 of the Electronic Communications Act. Personal data of contact persons are collected and processed solely to contact and exchange information related to requests submitted in the e-Right of Way system and will not be provided or exchanged with third parties. Data is stored and kept within the timeframes specified in the Special List of Archival and Registry Material at HAKOM.
