2024 grant cycle
The 2024 grant cycle closed on July 26, 2024.
DEQ will review applications for completeness, technical merit, and adherence to request for proposal criteria. DEQ will rank all applications and make final funding recommendations to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Successful projects may commence in spring of 2025 after project agreements are signed.
