- The launch failed. The new hire that you hired, didn't work out. The leadership team listened to your presentation, and promptly voted it down. We have all been there. Every human, even when you've been working hard and holding yourself accountable, sometimes it fails. The trick is picking yourself up afterwards. Of course, that's easier said than done. Let's talk about the three things you need to do after you fail, and how to get back on track. First, it's critical to understand why the failure happened. Obviously you want to prevent something like that from happening in the future, but you simply can't do that if you're unclear about what the cause was. So why did the launch fail?
