Let's look back on the original problem that you wrote down in the beginning of the course. You have your solution in mind and have begun to build trust with stakeholders. The final piece of this problem-solving puzzle is to effectively communicate your solution to stakeholders and get buy-in. But how do you effectively communicate the solution? To communicate your solution, first consider who your audience is. How much context you share and how you message should be tailored to the specific needs of each stakeholder. For instance, a stakeholder from the finance team might care more about the numbers, versus an ops person might care more about the operational process.
