Summary: As a biomedical researcher, I have had the opportunity to work on projects that has lead me to not only gain vast knowledge but the skills needed to overcome the immense challenges faced in research today. Through those challenges, I have learned that passion is the fuel that keeps me going. I believe it is the passion in the face of adversity that makes me a valuable employee. All success is prefaced by passion. For me, it is the passion for knowledge and the success that comes from contributing even the smallest of answers to our greatest questions is why I have chosen a career as a researcher. Through my experiences as a graduate student to my current position, I have gained immense experience in animal handling and husbandry, immunohistochemistry, Molecular Biology techniques including Western Blot, PCR and ELISA and data analysis. In addition, I am highly experienced extensively in experimental design, creating protocols and the development of new methodologies to standardize and evaluate existing protocols. Also, I am highly organized and a stickler for detail. Every professional experience has led me to not only gain valuable training and hone current skills I have gained the ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team. Therefore, my goal is to move forward professionally in a manner in which I can grow as a scientist and as leader. Summary: I am an experienced Statistical Analyst with a professional background in Operational Analytics, the intersection of Statistics and Business Analysis, and “non-standard” statistical analyses. Mentorship is an important cornerstone to how I work in a team. I have rich and meaningful experiences that are all richer (and more actionable) when shared.
