I’m a new grad FTE at the Microsoft Atlanta Campus. In my research at Georgia Tech during my last semester as a Master’s student, I submitted a paper directed at localizing pets indoors while tracking their activity and current position (sitting, sleeping, standing). My researched leveraged Ultrawideband (UWB) technology and Two-way Ranging to determine the position of my puppy at my apartment. My paper has been selected to be demonstrated during the BodySys workshop at the MobiSys conference in Portland, Oregon from June 27th – July 1st.
