  • Hanna Bruning-NCELC Regional Co-Lead

    Hanna Bruning has been an early childhood educator and supporter of children and families for over 20 years. Her experience includes teaching t Head Start programs, Child Development centers, Art and Yoga therapy for children with developmental disabilities, Service Coordination for the Department of Health and Welfare’s Birth to Three program, and Education Director for one of the first nature-inspired children’s programs to become rated with Early Achievers in Washington. She also taught classes to undergraduate students while getting her Master’s degree in Family and Child Life at Central Washington University. Most recently, as an early leaning specialist for Catholic Charities, she developed and delivered Merit trainings on Social Emotional Learning and Trauma Informed Care for licensed child care providers in North Central WA.

    Hanna moved to Wenatchee Valley with her husband 6 years ago and has loved it ever since. When not at work, you may find her fishing with one of her three sons, hiking with her dog, or planting pollinators in the garden.

  • Janelle Bersch-NCELC Regional Co-lead

    Janelle has worked in the field of early learning for over 28 years, spanning from work in intergenerational child care, ECEAP program, Head Start program, and Early Intervention home visiting programs, Most recently, Janelle has been the coordinator of the North Central Educational Services District (NCESD) Early Intervention program serving children and families in Chelan/Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties. Currently, Janelle is the Managing Director of Early Learning at NCESD, supporting the early intervention program and providing training and technical assistance to districts in the NCSD region.

    Janelle has lived in the Wenatchee Valley for over 23 years and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and cats! Early learning and programs supporting families are her passions.

  • Irma Trejo-NCELC Program Coordinator

    Irma is the Program Coordinator for the North Central Early Learning Coalition and has over a decade of experience in the early learning field. Her extensive background encompasses roles such as such as a Head Start/ECEAP Teacher, School Readiness Liaison, Early Achievers Coach, Educational Services Supervisor, Site Coordinator, and her current position Program Coordinator. Each role has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of early childhood education and has strengthened her commitment to fostering the growth and development of families and children with the highest needs and furthest to resources. To this, she strives towards advocating and elevating the voices of those in need, ensuring their concerns and needs are heard and addressed.

    Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in crafting and cherishes quality time with my family. These moments allow her to breathe, re-center and reenergize herself.

  • Holly Bringman-NCESD

    Holly Bringman is Director for the Apple STEM Network in Wenatchee, Washington. She has served in this role at the North Central Educational Service District since 2023. As the Director, Holly works with regional K12 districts, institutions of higher education, industry partners, community-based organizations, and elected officials to facilitate partnerships, policies, and practice that improve student pathways to living wage jobs. Before stepping into this position, she served in leadership roles at Wenatchee Valley College for 10 years. She was the Director of Concurrent Enrollment Programs at WVC, helping them to earn their National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) Accreditation for WVC’s College in the High School Program. Her work with faculty and external partners led to her appointment as the Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences, a position she held for over five years. During this time, she served on multiple statewide committees, including the Articulation and Transfer Council. She was a member of the Executive Committee for ATC for two years, serving as the Chair in 2022-2023. 

    Holly is a committed, passionate, student-centered leader. She believes in shared responsibility for collective impact, inclusive of student, family, and community voice.

  • Jan Dosh-NCELC Data Lead

    As the current data lead for the North Central Early Learning Coalition, Jan Dosh is committed to elevating child and family voice through rich data gathering and sharing opportunities.  Jan has served children, youth, and families in a variety of educational settings for more than 30 years.  Her early experiences included classroom teaching, program coordination, and administration in childcare, private, and public schools in Oregon and Washington.  In 2010, she joined the early learning landscape in WA State and has been immersed in continuous quality improvement initiatives that include relationship-based professional development, technical assistance & consultation, practice-based coaching, training delivery & design, data coordination and reflective leadership.  Jan recently joined the Early Learning Team of North Central ESD in Wenatchee where she supports inclusionary practices, P-3 coordination, school improvement, WaKIDS, and Transition to Kindergarten programs.  Jan is passionate about promoting quality early learning experiences that are inclusive for all young children and reflect their families and communities.
