About us
The North Central Early Learning Coalition (NCELC) is a proud member of Washington Communities for Children. Our coalition is made of diverse partners from various sectors including childcare providers, parents, social services, education, and public health. We work together to ensure all children in North Central Washington have access to quality early learning.
Our Region
The North Central Early Learning Coalition serves Okanogan, Grant, Chelan, and Douglas Counties. We are one of ten regional early learning coalitions across the state supported by Washington Communities for Children.
WCFC Learning Networks
The NCELC engages monthly with Washington Communities for Children (WCFC) Learning Network Teams to foster learning, collaboration, and connections across the state. The statewide Washington Communities for Children Learning Networks is focused on policy and advocacy, equity, data, and community engagement. As a collective we aim to build relationships, foster learning, and support child and family well-being across the state and the North Central Region.
