bad date format in Kébert Bastien (Q111445266)

Hello! I removed what I believed to be an incorrectly formatted date from Kébert Bastien (Q111445266), and I see that you added it again. I do not believe that this person was born in February of the year 0019 CE, which is what the current statement says. If only the month and day are known, could you please move this to a birthday (P3150) statement? I cannot find a reliable source to create a correct statement for this.
