Before purchasing any course, certification, or e-book from TutorialsPoint, we encourage you to thoroughly review the curriculum to ensure the material aligns with your learning goals. If you find the resource content does not fulfill your requirement, you are eligible for a full refund, upon cancellation within 30 days. To ensure a smooth refund process, please check your cancellation request meets the following criteria:

FOR COURSES

• No refund will be provided if you have downloaded any material that comes along with the video course.
• You are not eligible for a refund if the course certificate has been issued.

FOR CERTIFICATIONS

• No refund will be given after the completion of any certification.
• Refunds will not be granted if a significant portion of the certification content has been accessed or downloaded before the request is submitted.
• In specific cases, where the learner has upgraded their certification, only the amount spent on upgrading will be refunded. The base amount of the certification will not be refunded.

FOR E-BOOKS

• Tutorials Point will not be able to provide a refund for any e-books purchased due to the electronic nature of the content.

FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

• TutorialsPoint Annual Membership offers a comprehensive learning package with unlimited access to our resources through a subscription-based model. Our Annual Membership does not offer a 30-days money-back guarantee and no refunds or partial refunds are available.

For iOS (Apple) Purchases

All iOS purchases are handled by Apple. Therefore, cash refunds for in-app purchases made on iPhones and iPads won’t be available through TutorialsPoint. However, you can learn more about Apple's refund policy here.

Please note: We cannot offer a refund if cancellation is made after 30 days of purchase. All refund requests that are approved will be paid within 5-7 business days from the date of approval by the Company.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our cancellation/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and restrict all future use of our Services.
