When your head moves forward, it can feel like you’re carrying a 40-pound bowling ball on your neck. This extra weight puts tremendous stress on your entire spine, leading to chronic pain, headaches, and even shoulder issues.

But don’t worry, I’ve got a simple exercise to help you correct this posture!

Chin Pull Backs:
1️⃣ Lie down with your shoulders relaxed.
2️⃣ Gently pull your chin back.
3️⃣Hold for 1 second, then slowly release.
4️⃣ Repeat this 10 times, a few times a day.

This gentle exercise strengthens the muscles that pull your head back into alignment, which are often weak in people with forward head posture.
