Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_69118_IMG_20200705_124006-01.jpeg Notes: מויקיפדיה מחנה בית דגן בסיס צהquotלי נטוש צפונית לצומת בית דגן. בשנות ה-40 הייתה מטווייה ערבית גדולה - quotגולדן ספינדלquot. בית חרושת לייצור אריגים ותפירת בגדים . מבעליה אחמד אבו לבן. במלחמת תשquotח פסקה פעילותה. היו בה אנשי כנופיות בפיקודו של חסן סלאמה שהתקיפו את מוצב בית קקל הקרוב. מ1948 במקום היו מוסכים של חיל התחבורה. ב 1949 הפכה סדנת התחבורה ליחידה במquotב 684 . אחת מהגדולות בארץ. במquotב 681. במלחמת סיני תוקנו טנקים ומשוריינים. צהquotל פינה ב2000. המקום נטוש. יש זיהום חמור של הקרקע בשמנים ובמתכות כבדות.
