Finds the featured picture candidate page for a given file.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Broken FPC links
Usage

Used by {{Assessments}}. The following are checked, in order:
Commons:Featured picture candidates/File:NameCommons:Featured picture candidates/Image:NameCommons:Featured picture candidates/Set/NameCommons:Featured pictures candidates/Image:Name
If none are set, the page is placed into Broken FPC links. The user can use {{#ifexist:{{FPC/Name}}}} to check if this has happened.
