If you are here to report the mistaking a live link for a dead one, then please don't. This issue is being addressed. The link you are reporting is most likely a remnant left behind from the trials and testing while the algorithm was being developed. A script using the newest algorithm is currently reviewing all flagged URLs, URLs marked as dead by older versions of the algorithm, and resetting them accordingly.
