See WP:NPOL. Bundestag.de source is official and neutral, because the German Bundestag is not an "organisation" which advertises for its "employees". Bundestag MPs are independent representatives of their voters. And the Bundestag structure itself is therefore independent of the MPs. In addition, it is an official source and the best available.
