I wish to study this Google Logo Animation video by running it in slow motion or even by scrolling the play button so i can see the movents and formations that are made. In which app would you suggest to open it, so i can study its movement in more detail?

The easiest way on a system with a keyboard: On YouTube, pause the video, then press the . key to go forwards frame-by-frame, or , to go backwards.
