Information for the GSoC files is taken directly from the wiki and modified somewhat, both to be compatible with Markdown and to be grammatically/typographically correct.
Before merge we need to figure out how to link new pages from the timeline.

Should I add myself to the CODEOWNERS file for GSoC articles?Never mind, that won't work as I don't have write access to this repository.
Please squash and merge this as opposed to just merging it, because there are an unreasonable number of commits.
