Change J6 and add J7 to allow routing the IRQ signal from the VDP to the IRQ, NMI, or A8_1

Add support for MSX joypad

• change J6 from 2-pin to 3-pin header
• add J7, J8, J9 2-pin headers (for MSX & IRQ-polling modes)
