Here are some updates I made to the ReadME:

Added a quick links section to show GitHub stars, GNU license, and discord invite
Updated image under user to redirect to downloads page
Included a quick description of the products for users
Updated links to developer section to direct to correct page
Included code on how to start a virtual environment to run from source
Added an Authors sections to recognize contributors
