Amateur game design experimenter, you say?
Mhm, that's me, a quirky, ever-curious enthusiast of role-playing games and weirdness that recently made friends with A.I. - as a fellow partner in creative crimes.
My journey started with Icewind Dale and a life-altering epiphany amidst the snowy landscapes of my 200MHz computer. It was there, among the frozen tundras and the shivering denizens, that I discovered a truth most profound: put together a party (pun intended) of very different people. give them a quest... and together you can change the world.
As I grew up, I started embracing the chaotic beauty of experimentation like a hedgehog embraces a balloon - cautiously, yet with a sense of inevitability.
If there is one thing that life - and LEGO has taught me, it's that there are no limits when it comes to pushing the boundaries of imagination. That, and never trust a gnome with a map. Or a portal appearing on a closed door in Sigil.
You see, my journey has been a peculiar one, like a game of Snakes and Ladders designed by M.C. Escher, or a choose-your-own-adventure book penned by a caffeinated octopus that watched too much Sam & Max and Earthworm Jim.
I've dabbled in my mind in the obscure, traversing the grim darkness of Mörk Borg, and marveled at the sad mysteries of Tales from the Loop, all while constantly wondering: what if you plugged in Transformers here and spiced it up with the absurdity of Fallout's Megaton City?
And so, it is possible that you will find in my creations a kaleidoscope of whimsy, curiosity, and an ever-present desire to poke the proverbial bear of convention. I will sometimes play by the rules, it's true, but maybe I won't...? I write this so I don't forget my promise. And also, so I can break it every once in a while and just go for the beaten path.
