Surat Nabi Yeremia (disingkat Surat Yeremia; akronim S. Yer.) adalah kitab atau bagian kitab dalam Perjanjian Lama bagi kanon Alkitab Kristen tertentu. Surat ini diyakini sebagai surat atau epistola yang dikirim Yeremia kepada orang-orang Yahudi yang hendak dibawa pergi sebagai tawanan ke Babel oleh Nebukadnezar. Surat ini tercantum dalam Alkitab Katolik sebagai bab terakhir Kitab Barukh, yakni Barukh 6. Oleh karena itu, Kitab Barukh memiliki nama lengkap Kitab Barukh dan Surat Nabi Yeremia dalam Alkitab Terjemahan Baru Deuterokanonika. Sementara itu, kitab ini tercantum dalam Alkitab Ortodoks dan Septuaginta sebagai suatu kitab tersendiri. Beberapa akademisi menganggap bahwa surat ini bukan ditulis oleh Nabi Yeremia.[1]
