Lifeline
Inland Cellular offers a discount to qualifying Washington State and Idaho State customers. We can discount your phone plan if you meet the qualifications listed below.
Idaho State residents can qualify for a discount of $5.25 up to $11.25. Washington State residents can qualify for a discount of $5.25 up to $9.25.
After being verified, Lifeline discounts can be applied to any of our plans excluding the Pay-As-You-Go Fuel prepaid wireless plan. To view details of our plans click here.
You reside within the Inland Cellular Home Service Area, AND
You have a Washington Department of Social and Health Services Case # and your household is at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines, OR
You participate in one of the following programs:
- Federal Public Housing Assistance or Section 8
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)(Food Stamps)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Restrictions: One discount per household. If you are already receiving a lifeline discount, such as on a landline phone, you cannot get a Lifeline discount on a cellular phone also. This program can be changed, amended, or discontinued at any time, and this will not affect the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement. You may have to provide proof of eligibility. Re-certification is required every calendar year. Taxes and surcharges still apply.

Idaho Residents may also receive an additional $2.50 ITSAP Discount.

Members of the Nez Perce Tribe may qualify for an additional Tribal Lifeline discount (up to $25/mo.) if they live on Tribal Lands, AND they participate in one of the following:
- Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Head Start (income eligible)
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
Restrictions: One discount per household unit. Must have a tribal member number. Must reside within the Inland Cellular Home Service Area. If you are already receiving a Lifeline discount, such as on a landline phone, you cannot get a Lifeline discount on a cellular phone also. This program can be changed, amended, or discontinued at any time, and this will not affect the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement. You may have to provide proof of eligibility. Re-certification is required every year. Taxes and surcharges still apply. Discount does not give credit – must pay a minimum of $1.00 per monthly rate plan.
