How does your game fit the theme?
Well you see. The tower was built to be scaled. It's a pun. But also it is a very big tower, which plays into the theme of size.

Ah. Getting Over It with Playerdox.

Made it to the fifth strand of hair before stopping off. The punishing way you can fall all the way to the bottom is no doubt funny, but it’s not necessarily motivating for players. Checkpoints would be a welcome addition, and then perhaps you could provide the option for a “hard mode” that does away with them, like the way the game is now.

Swinging 360 degrees to build up momentum was cool, even if I only managed to pull off a jump making use of it once.

Good game, in any case! And I like the theming, what with all the hair.

Had some fun with physics, especially discovering doing the loops! A fun concept, just one thing - the learning curve was bit too challenging for me. I think this could become even more enjoyable, if at the beginning the game was more forgiving. Anyway, great job!

Doing big loops to build up speed was very fun and I caught myself getting in the loop of "one more try". Unfortunately, the princess remained unsaved as after losing loads of progress, I gave up:(

Sincerely, mad respect for submitting a trollgame so well made to the jam, even if it doesn't really fit the theme. I love how well the swinging mechanic works. I hate how it proves that I suffer from a severe skill issue. I will never finish it.

The swing mechanic is really original. How did you manage to get the physics just right?
Of course, it's hard to control at first; we're used to having everything done for us in games.

Really well done!

Love this idea! The swinging mechanism is hard to get right, and i would like to see the hair get back into it's initial (motionless) position a bit faster, but this could definitely be a fun time-killer ;)

I almost feel bad for the person whose hair I just spun around like it was in a blender on turbo mode.

I suck at this game lol.

Nice concept. The swinging mechanic is really interesting but difficult to control. Good job on this game.

That was interesting. The art is cute! It's much too difficult for my constitution; I can't get the hang of flinging up. I'm not really sure how the physics are supposed to function; they're quite finicky.

Congratulations on the submission!

It looks good, I think the game is good, but I'm definitely not good. :D

Way to thing outside the “Climb a thing” Box. I wouldn’t want to be in this tower!

Definitely difficult (to echo some of the other comments) but that first rope-to-rope successful jump was very rewarding. Great concept and style too!

The physics are annoying, and the hair should probably have higher friction so that it stops spinning, but it seems like an interesting concept

The swinging is really fun, nice concept! bit of a skill wall with the fourth swing, but with some slight tweaks to the platform/hair placement this could be a very fun browser game! you could even add procedural generation for some more replayability. Under those circumstances I could easily see myself loading this up when I'm in a discord call!

I like the style and the music was a nice touch. It took some time to get used to the controls but after that it started being fun and engaging. Imo, the game should start a bit easier and build up the challenge slowly over time. Great Job!

Swinging is so fun. When you get a couple in a row it feels magical. I just got stuck on the 4th one unfortunately. But controls feels super responsive and fluid, well done!

Playertester 1 was right.

I hate gravity. Still nice.

I wasn't able to go past the 4rd swing but what I played was really fun nevertheless
