that probably happened because its from an external source i have tested this on Mac OS and Windows OS This is Safe

also when going into termanal do you mind showing me the picture of termanal you can blur what ever needed but for me this happend and i cant remember how to resolve it

i hope this is your probblem (here is what you need to do put the application onto your desktop->rightclick->show package contents->click contents->mac OS-> and open teminal->type chmod +x (then drag the file to the termanal window) it should look like a little terminal icon after now delete the finder window and open the app )
