Something must be wrong with your resolution settings because dialog is off the screen in fullscreen mode when I play in browser, and playing out of fullscreen mode means I have to zoom out to see the bottom.

Is the music supposed to pause whenever pretty much anything happens in the factory? Dialog pausing it makes sense if the whole game state is paused but what about during checks? I'm not even hearing the SFX anymore until hitting approve or deny...

I knew that, but I can never understand why. Inuit comes from the word for "people", which is extremely confusing. I'm not Inuit and yet, in their language, I would be among them, since I am a person.
But anyway, it's still mixed up in some controversy. Inuit is a relatively recent term and when you consider the game starts out in feudal times you should agree that it sort of makes sense they're called Eskimo, regardless of meaning.

Thanks again for the response. I pretty much feel the same way about all the games you mentioned, but I feel that if someone intends to put in dark themes into their game it should be in a story branch that isn't necessary to follow. That way the user doesn't need to skip it.

As for your own content, I imagine if you rushed any part it would reflect poorly on the reviews, but at least you're learning a lot about it all and can figure out where to go next from that. Keep your spirits up, I'm sure you'll find your niche sooner than later and the money and fans will come along in no time :)

I had no idea Steam had a monthly fee for developers. I suppose it makes sense, but I always thought they just took a small cut off every purchase. Good to know.

I know I have not had the opportunity to review your work but from what I can tell you're certainly not a bad writer, even though your English is not perfect. I wish I could help you improve it for your sake, if you even care anyway. I can't expect you to send me content to proofread for you though, nor would I ask you to, but I would offer my help if you were receptive. Perhaps you are correct about the dark themes being a popular niche, at least in some places. I can't deny that I, too, have played eroge games with dark themes but I wasn't playing for that reason, and I'm surprised that even some of those were made so much better than some games without the dark themes! This is what upsets me most. I guess in Japan it's a big thing, but whatever. I certainly don't condemn it in video games, if it might even help prevent it in real life.

You need not answer this but I wonder what your favourite game in the genre would be? Or any that just cross your mind as enjoyable. I'd be happy to try any if I hadn't already played it.

I don't mean to be a bother, and I know I haven't purchased any of your work yet, but I probably will when I feel more financially secure. Times are weird, still. That's not what I'm posting about though. I'd read somewhere that nsfw content makes you uncomfortable and that you only write about it for money and that's totally fair but my perspective is that although sex always has and always will sell, the world is severely lacking in 'good' romantic visual novels. Like 80% of the VNs I've tried are extremely disappointing and almost too linear, and do very little to keep the reader interested. So I wonder about your work, especially since a lot of it seems to involve some dark sexual content that might trigger a lot of people. Not judging, of course. I just didn't think there was that big a fandom for that, and if there is, I'm glad you're milking it for all its worth, but I hope it's worth it to you as well. But hey, for all I know I am way off base here and the dark themes are just included to cater to a bigger audience and are completely avoidable in the game. I'll have to pick one and try it.
