The Denizens of Vice-Villion (Vaults of Vaarn)

The city of Vice-Villion can be an attractive place to those accustomed to the wasteland. It offers a life with relative comfort, access to work and food, entertainment and amenities. However, that luxury comes with a price. The city is run and operated by the Collectors. Who and what are they? They are a collective of peoples who have inhabited Vice-Villion for generations and during that team, each of the folk have developed their own cultural and psychological needs that rely on preying on outsiders. The city of Vice-Villion is essentially one giant trap to lure the unsuspecting, or those willing to run the risks, and subject them to the whims of the denizens of Vice-Villion. 

This project was made for the Vaarn Summer Jam 2023. I have read through the Vaults of Vaarn Deluxe Edition book and find it to be wonderful. However, I am yet to play the game, so take these entries for what they are. They may need some adjusting on the part of the Referee.

Art: All the art used with this project is Public Domain. However, worth mentioning is that all the art for the individual "Collectors" creatures is by Francois Rabelais. I find the creatures weird and fascinating, and inspiring for creating something science fantasy. When I saw that the Vaarn Summer Jam 2023 was a thing, I immediately tried to think about how I could use them. They'd sort of been in my back pocket for a project after coming across them on a Public Domain art site some time ago.
