Dear Microsoft Authenticator Support Team,

Hello!

I posted a request for help regarding my account issue on the Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Q&A forum last September, but I have not received any response yet. Due to this issue, I am unable to use my account properly and urgently need to reset my authenticator.

Please review and respond to my request as soon as possible to help me resolve this issue. Thank you very much for your understanding and support!

    Hi Jim Day,

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    If you have configured a backup for this earlier, you can go ahead and reset it to continue without any issues. If not, you will have to reach out to your IT admin/support team to reset your MFA and then with the new security code try to re-add the account.
