Guanabenz (Wytensin) je alfa agonist alfa-2 tipa koji se koristi kao antihipertenzivni lek. On se upotrebljava za tretiranje visokog krvnog pritiska (hipertenzije).[6][7]
Najčešće nuspojava tomo njegove upotrebe su nesvestica, pospanost, suva usta, glavobolja i slabost.
