Boris Lokschin
Founder & Co-CEO
Over the last 18 years, Boris has been responsible for shaping the international commerce tech industry through his unique vision and approach to strategy across product development, sales, channel & operations. Prior to Spryker, he founded two successful commerce tech companies, both respectively sold to one of Europe’s largest electronic retailers and to CGI Inc. He is a frequent keynote speaker at several prestigious events and a guest on the Innovate or Die podcast.

Alexander Graf
Founder & Co-CEO
A commerce industry visionary with more than 20 years of experience analyzing business trends and providing valuable insights to business leaders through numerous articles and books, including the industry benchmark The E-Commerce Book. Often a speaker at commerce and technology events, he also runs his own very successful blog and podcast Kassenzone. Prior to founding Spryker, Alex co-founded numerous companies including Etribes, Europe’s leading Amazon agency Factor A, and Hamburg born AboutYou.

Eric Schreiner
Chief Customer Officer
Eric helps guide the Customer for Life program at Spryker to offer exceptional support and service to customers worldwide. Eric is based in Germany, joined Spryker in 2021 and has since led and built the team behind Customer Success, Partner Success, and Business and Technology Evangelism. Coming previously from SAP, Eric brings insight from almost two decades in the enterprise software industry. Having lived and worked in Switzerland, North America, and Germany.

Akito Suzuki
Chief Financial Officer
Akito and his team ensure everything is operating with peak efficiency so the business can scale at light speed. Prior to joining Spryker, Akito was Director at Deutsche Bank driving global transformation initiatives based in London and Frankfurt. Before that Akito held positions at Ernst & Young and BASF.

Sergej Braznikov
Chief Technology Officer
Sergej oversees all technology, engineering, architecture, and R&D teams to create the best modern digital commerce experiences. Prior to Spryker, Sergej worked at CGI Inc., responsible for European cross-technology commerce teams and domains in 3 locations to deliver large-scale commerce products to global Retailers, Manufacturers, Publishers, and Banks. Before that, he spent 5 years building Europe`s largest Magento SI (Symmetrics).

Anton van Deth
Chief Marketing Officer
Anton van Deth brings over 30 years of experience driving sustained growth and innovation in B2B marketing to the team. Based in the US, Anton's focus is transforming marketing from a communications function to a revenue and decision engine that drives the best buying journey in the world. Coming from Symantec, Red Hat, Informatica, Apptio, and Protegrity, his strong product and revenue marketing background, experience connecting with an international audience, passion for partner marketing, and deep interest in AI will enable Spryker to continue to grow their global presence.

Dustin Deno
Chief Revenue Officer
Dustin and his team expand Spryker’s ecosystem-led growth, drive direct revenue, and lead global sales execution to the next level. Prior to joining Spryker, Dustin held positions at Salesforce, Showpad, and Affinity.co, bringing over 15 years of enterprise sales experience. Dustin also advises organizations like Sales Assembly, Amper Technologies Inc., and Copilot, providing insights from the sales, manufacturing, and AI fields.

Elise’s mission is to create a company culture and atmosphere where digital talent enjoys working and is especially driven. Since the beginning of 2017, she has been working with her team to further develop HR processes, talent acquisition and a strong feedback and learning culture.

Elena Leonova
Global SVP of Product
Elena leads the product management organization, reporting directly to CEO Boris Lokschin, growing Spryker’s portfolio of capabilities and harnessing cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and more. Elena brings to the role more than 10 years’ experience at the cutting edge of e-commerce: at Magento, the world’s leading open-source e-commerce platform, and at BigCommerce, the open SaaS commerce platform, where she was VP of Product Management.

Michael Woodvine
SVP Strategy & Operations
Michael and his team are responsible for Corporate Strategy & Development, Revenue Operations, and Data & Analytics, ensuring everything operates with peak efficiency so Spryker can scale rapidly. Prior to joining Spryker, Michael held roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Deutsche Bank.
