Starting around 5.15 AM PST, October 25th, our engineers began investigating issues with the SendGrid delivery platform where some users were affected by multiple deferrals under the reason 'Internal server error' and similar errors that prevented emails from being delivered.
Issue has been identified and a fix has been deployed. We are monitoring the last errors since and will update on the impact. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more updates become available.
