Discover new ideas in Whiteboard with Copilot for Microsoft 365

Serena is in a marketing role with a real estate group. She wants to create a marketing plan for selling a newly built house in an up-and-coming neighborhood. She has some basic information about the house, such as its features, location, and price, but she needs some inspiration on how to promote it to potential buyers.

To get inspired, Serena completes the following steps:

1. Select the Copilot button next to the Whiteboard toolbar.

2. In the Copilot menu, select Suggest.

   1. Copilot opens the Suggest prompt window.

3. Enter in a prompt that says, “Suggest ways to promote and sell a newly built house with three bedrooms, two baths, and a farmhouse kitchen. The ideal buyer is a family of four.”

4. Select the Send arrow.

   1. Copilot creates a list of 6 suggestions.

5. Select Generate more to receive more suggestions.

   1. Copilot generates 6 extra suggestions.

6. Select X next to an idea that isn’t needed.

7. Select Insert to use the suggestions.

   1. Copilot’s suggestions are placed on the whiteboard as separate sticky notes.

Serena now has a detailed list of ways she can promote the house for sale. In Whiteboard, she can edit the ideas, organize them, and even select a note to receive specific suggestions for that single note from Copilot. Serena feels confident that she can sell this house in no time.
