Websites, and web apps with tons of images, videos, animations, network requests, and complex features take much longer to load, use more hardware resources, and can be frustratingly slow or even impossible to use. While loading speed and performance improve the user experience for everyone, it can be crucial for enabling users who rely on assistive technology. Assistive technology comes in many forms.
