- There are a few times of the year that leaders dread; employee performance reviews, budget reviews, and annual health insurance renewals. But my coaching clients seem to all agree that the most dreaded time of year for them is holiday time. That's when they know that conflict is going to happen and they are most often unprepared. What about you? What thoughts come up when you think about family gatherings during the holidays?
