Customizing blocks
- It's not enough to just add blocks to your page or post. Doing this will help you sketch out the kind of content areas you want, but the true power of the block editor comes in with customization. This is the page that we just created where we added blocks in the previous video, and it kind of looks pretty terrible, so it's time to customize. I'll go to Edit Page, and this is where we can begin customizing all of these content areas. Customization options can vary per block. For some blocks, you'll get a bar above the content with various options. So for example, in this text block, I can move it around, I can change it from H2 to an H3, I can change the alignment, I can make it bold, by highlighting it first, I can make it italic, I can make it a link, and I can add all of these other additional options.
