Thank you for the feedback! We were fiddling with the speed, glad you found it suitable :)

Thank you for your kind words :) We are definitely looking into adding more levels and some mechanics to spice things up in the post-jam version

Thank you for the feedback :)

Thank you for your feedback :) Great idea, will definitely add some obstacles!

Simple yet fun game, liked it :) As ppl commented, variety would make it even cooler, so if you would expand on it, consider adding different tasks.

Awesome idea, fits the theme too perfect, I'm jealous of your creative muscles :) Can say only 1 thing, pls expand on this

Like the idea, but the game is definitely not my cup of tea - controls are too quirky/levels are too punishing for my casual taste. Which doesn't detract from the quality of your jam entry, congrats on a great (and annoying) game :)

Great concept and quirky writing, liked the game very much! I wish there were more named indications of what state the planet is, not just stats meters, but that's not a flaw, that's merely a suggestion, if you ever expand on the idea.

18 frogs remained, dancing on the corpse of the king snek after a bloody battle, narrowly won

Congrats, a great game it is :)

Instructions unclear, siblings shot me in the backyard for wasting and poorly dividing their food :)

It's an interesting concept, and the art looks very cool, faces are extremely expressive and got me smiling nonstop. I just sucked at actually playing, tbh its a skill issue haha

Thank you for the feedback ;) Some ppl have also pointed out that laser pointer would be nice. Fully agree with your idea, we'll add it in the post-jam version!

Thank you :)

Thank you for the confidence boost :)

neat little game, I liked it :) the only grievance is the color of the arrow above the selector, it is not very visible most of the time, especially on the 2nd level

Gameplay is solid, agree that shorter levels may turn out to be more enjoyable - still, smooth and fun! The frog is cute :)

Sound effects and music are great, absolutely perfect, reminded me of my Sega days. Vibrant and funky, fits the style, very cool

Honestly don't know if I should be mad at the speed of the controls or not :) Very fun to play, and perhaps such an unwieldy spaceship only adds charm

Great idea for a neat little arcade!

You absolute madmen created cat-Factorio within a timeframe of 1 jam. Sick! And it has a great spin on the scale and stuff. Congratulations, it's very fun :)

Wow, the idea is great, and reading the whole script of the future parts while playing is cheeky, I like it! Creative platforming overall

Agree with some other comments about the length of the sections, feel a lil dragged, but imo that's no biggie for a jam. Such things are usually polished in non sleep-deprived environments :)

Thank you for your feedback, acknowledged :)

We had some placeholder indication for the direction before. It was so ugly we removed it, and failed to make a good one in time. Definitely adding directional guides in the post-jam version!

Thank you for your feedback! Great suggestion, we'll try out keeping the sizes, seems it would indeed smooth the experience

The game is great, concept is neat, sounds are a work of a stable genius. Keep going! Playing with the controller, all was fine

Some criticism, to avoid sounding too sweet:

  • game crashed after the lvl when you first get healing. No biggie, honestly
  • producing troops seemed cumbersome to me. Idk if you want my full attention on managing spawners or guiding the spawned units. If you ever expand the game, hope to see some improvements to the balance between player activities

That is a great idea for the game, I barely saw a game playing with the idea of scaling your view area for now. And this is something promising, please keep expanding (wink wink) the game further!

My single grievance is how the wall jump works. Mayhaps I'm too slow for this gig, but I failed again and again to progress due to (what I think is) very short timings for the jumps and direction switch. Have some pity towards not-so-hardcore platformer players :)

Hey, liked the game :) It's a lil claustrophobic when you are small, perhaps some distance from the camera would be nice. I got a lil motion sick after a while. But overall, great idea worth exploring further

Btw, I must be dumb. but had to restart cause I got stuck with the ant, couldn't jump out or do anything about it. Is there a way out I missed?

Much appreciated ;) We'll definitely add a tutorial and more mechanics in a post-jam update!

Thank you, glad it was something you enjoyed!

And yes, such words of encouragement already led us to working on the post-jam update :)

Glad you liked it!

Thank you for your feedback! Going forward, tutorial would be the first thing added :)

Thank you for the kind words, btw "2010s mobile games" was exactly our vibe doing it! And yes, great point on the missing explanation/tutorial, it's our first priority for the post-jam update

Glad you liked the game, such words of encouragement make us wanna do a post-jam updated version :)

Your feedback is much appreciated, we'll see what can be done with the smoothness in our post-jam update!

Thank you :)

First I was not interested, gave it 1 star and walked away. But then I tried the game for the 2nd time, and it totally clicked with me.

Pls make more levels and release the game after the jam :) The game slaps

Absolutely love the looks of the game!

For the gameplay, I like the idea but somehow didn't fully click with the execution. Still, I vibe with rescaling planets, and this game provides ;)

(1 edit)

Don't let the first impressions from visuals dissuade you: the game is freaking amazing! I am 9 puzzles in, the puzzle skill system is great :) Overall, such a great job

edit: btw, autosolve from the "plane" jigsaw did crash the game once or twice

Great gnome customization, that's all I need. And this game provides!

This is a work of art. I will play the everliving shit out of it

Very bad :) but no fr, great game, interesting puzzle idea

Thank you for the suggestions :) Hope it was not too overwhelming!

The concept is awesome and I loved it :) Randomizing worlds is always cool.

I like how the game is fast and that the variety of weapons feels consequential :) Good stuff, will play more!
