Very simple concept, but very fun! With more levels, I could see it becoming a fun casual game!
The sprites for the boxes with arrows are fine if you're going with a simple look but you could probably have more fun with it like making it an object like a magnet or a creature of some sort.
Overall it was a fun experience, one of the best in this jam for sure! Great job!

Very cute! I love that there's helpful information that comes up when you hover over cards, that helped me understand better.
It was really short though so maybe more rounds or some opposing force to make it challenging may make the loop more fun!

Very nice art!
It's a cute RPG/Visual Novel with fetch quests, I like the characters in the stories too, Karen and the coworker made me laugh.
I had to grab the RTP from the official website in order to play it, maybe a link to download that from your game page would be helpful since some people don't know about RPG maker RTPs.
It would also be helpful if there was something to let us know that we got poisoned, and maybe more ways to get hand sanitizers.

The sound and scary feeling you totally nailed it! I was spooked the whole time I was playing.
Few things to note:
When examining the items in Mattie's room, the item is too dark and can barely be seen.
I put the VHS tape in the VCR and it started playing even when the TV is off (I know it would work like that in real life too but I missed half of the video)
Maybe a countdown timer for the 3 minutes would be helpful unless it's a design choice to make it scarier.
I love the use of videos! I haven't seen too many cinematic experiences in a game jam before so it was quite a scary experience for me!

Very cute! I had a hard time jumping over things and kept dying, maybe smaller hitboxes would help!

Thanks for playing and giving me feedback, I apologize for the stuff that didn't work! I thought I got most of the bugs through this update but wow, there's still so many things to work out! Thanks for taking the time to list them, I appreciate it!

Thanks so much for the feedback!

Yes! I was able to do some cooking which helped me survive in the beginning! I didn't do much towards the later days though since I wasn't getting any luck getting rocks.

Very cool idea! I love that the progress is saved! I found the puzzles very challenging!

I  was able to get to the ship in 6 days! I was getting nervous since I kept getting thirsty and was praying I get water for a while, luckily I got a few right before I made it to the ship so phew!

I love your beautiful hand-painted artwork~! Not just the ones in the game but on your homepage too! So talented!

Just a small thing I noticed but when the rats was attacking me it still said "Zombie's turn" but other than that, it was a very fun experience!

Thank you so much for the comments and playing!
I love the art for your game, so cute! It's like Monsters Inc. meets Overcooked!
Sorry about the bugs! I thought I cleared them all but I did add stuff last minute that might've screwed with it...!

The bugs got the best of me! It's definitely a great learning experience. Thanks for playing and commenting!

Very cool idea! The puzzles got challenging as I went on but I enjoyed what I was able to complete!

Thank you!

I tried real hard but I still got hunted down pretty badly! Very cool concept and strangely satisfying when I got some hits in!

Thanks for the feedback! I will take note and implement/improve on it upon updating! Thank you for taking the time to list those down, it helps a lot!

Thanks for commenting on the witch character! The artist worked really hard on coming up with her!
Sorry for there not being instructions/tutorials, playtesting took most of my time but thank you for mentioning it as I will try to implement one in the future! Thanks for playing our game!

Very cool use of the theme where you play as the murderer.  The art and music was well done and fit the game well!

Thanks for playing and leaving a comment!

I like the time-slowing-down mechanic, it helped me figure out the puzzle at my own pace! The overall presentation is very nice and polished!

Thanks for enjoying the game loop, I worked on trying to get something passable in the given amount of time.  I really appreciate the kind words!

Very cool idea of fighting against yourself! I love all the environment art and character models! Very impressive!

Thanks for playing and commenting despite the bugs!

Very clean presentation and easy-to-understand mechanics!

Sorry about the potion-making bug, I really wanted to complete it and make it easier to understand but the time and bugs got the best of me! Thanks for playing and commenting regardless!

Love the reverse Pac-Man concept! I can definitely see it growing into a fun strategy game!

Thank you!

Very cool idea! I love the art of the characters and environment, very well done! I wasn't sure if there was a way to toggle between a selection of characters and spells. Once I clicked on Q to do the fireball spell I couldn't deploy any enemies, not sure if I just messed up the controls somehow.

Thank you!

Congrats on finishing your first game jam and first game! Amazing that you got so much done in so little time! I love that you gave variety to the stages and enemies! I also love the story-telling with the princess and the hero! Great job!

Thank you! Appreciate the nice comments about the art!

The UI elements were giving me such a hard time! I didn't even have time to really flesh out the crafting system, which was also hard to figure out within 48 hours! Thanks for rating and commenting!

Menu in and out was something I was trying to figure out at the last minute, learned my lesson for next time to take care of that first thing! Thanks for playing and commenting despite my shortcomings!

Thank you so much! Role Reversal was a fun theme to think of ideas for!

Very fun puzzle game! I got stuck on level 13 for a while but I eventually figured it out!

Thank you for playing!

The dance party was epic! The music and the art were a very nice reward at the end! I enjoyed the whole experience!

Very cute art and music! Love the characters too! Cracked me up that this girl is telling me to stay still while a big bear is trying to kill me.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to fully code the potion-making mechanic, I really wanted to squeeze it in there but bugs kept showing up last minute. Thanks for playing what I have so far, and leaving a comment!

Very polished and the presentation is so stylish! It's amazing that there's a leaderboard!
