😭I just wanted to talk about math okayyyy

For this to get a 4.9 style rating, it needs at minimum 27 ratings of 5 stars out of the total of 30 ratings.

Edit: I am not accusing this game of cheating, there are more than 200 games in this jam with very impressive numbers. A lot of games in the past gmtk jams also have seemingly probability-defying values.

To get the style score that this did, there must have been 15 people who rated it 5 stars and 1 person who rated it 4 stars. Amazing.

Also nice game.

Amazing game. Every time I thought it couldn't get more interesting, a new mechanic emerges. I loved seeing the seconds count down as you thought about which card to play. You could make a movie out of this concept.

Really simple game with a lot of options for moves every turn. Could see it being a real life board game like chess or chinese checkers.

Really polished and fun game! Zipping around with my hoard of bards was fun. I will say there was a bit of a missed opportunity with not having the music be influenced whenever you threw out a bard.

I just splapped together a story cutscene to make the game not just seem like a bunch of circles and squares moving around. A reactice face would be cool though.

Felt like a fever dream love it

Really nice game, surprised I haven't seen something like this before. The new items made it interesting, though I feel like the anchor was a bit rng and didn't need to exist.

Reminds me of Mosa Lina how the items are randomly generated. Has a lot of potential with different block types and harder layouts.

Very clever game! Unique concept I've not seen before!

Thank you so much! I was thinking of a scaling sound effect, but I just didn't feel like making it 😅. There is actually a sprite I made for the player with a face, but I found it a bit unnerving and creepy.

Geometry geometry geomgetyr gomertery yes yes yes 11/10

Nice game, didn't overstay its welcome. Loved how instead of eating some other coin to shrink, you take damage to shrink. Boss fight was great.

One thing though is that the drawing system making just circles can have a few issues with colliding when scaled up a bit, but I can understand why it was made that way, much easier than making some sort of weird system to have lines.

Amazing game, a nice concept that is very well executed. Similar to Car Drawing Game, just choosing the shape and size of any object can lead to a lot of cool puzzles. Also great music, it held its ground even after a long time listening to it. See you in the top 20!

A moment of silence for all the wonderful creations which perished from the cyan

>_> bro what

Really cool concept, a nice short bunch of levels. I'd really hope to see this concept expanded upon, has a lot of potential.

Some people destroying pieces of art 😔

Really clever game, and a unique take on scaling objects.

Very nice

Really nice juice, the whole game feels great.

Really polished game, and a simple but cool twist on Reversi.

Nice game. I cheesed it.

Glad you enjoyed it. 🔼

Really nice game. I liked the level names.

Thank you! Glad someone found the eater egg. For the second to last level, I wanted some more stuff based on controlling the player size, but the level ended up being really different from every other level. And there are enough scaling-the-player games elsewhere that the level isn't necessary.

Scalene propaganda on GameMaker's Canvas (game made by Evoleo)

Yesn't

Really nice game. I've seen a lot of games where you scale your character, but this one is unique in which you can throw out bits of your size. Good stuff.

Really cool mechanics. Loved seeing the different tetris pieces in 2D space.

Amazingly polished game for just 4 days. Everything from the sound design to the music to the neon visuals are fantastic. And the game mechanics are insanely clever. My one complaint is that it would have been clearer in the multiple perspective 2D parts if there was some indicator on what direction you're looking at the level from. I found it a bit confusing to wrap my head around.

Might not be the most polished game in the world, but I enjoyed every second of it. The absurd music is amazing, and breaking the game by having giant monkeys is hilarious. The concept could be expanded upon really well, surprised I haven't seen that many troop-based defense games where the tower throws things before.

Thank you! I was originally going to make it so objects can’t scale if there was no space to do so, but I was too lazy to figure it out :P

Thank you, I didn't have much time to learn to make good audio, so the short looping track is the only sound in the entire game.
