Car Annei (安寧天皇 Annei-tennō?); također poznat kao shikitsuhikotamatemi no Mikoto; bio je 3. car Japana[1] prema tradicionalnom popisu.[2] Za vladavinu ovog cara ne postoje pouzdani datumi, ali se tradicionalno navodi da je vladao od 549. pne. do 511. pne.[3]
