- [Instructor] Workers today are demanding that our workplaces be more welcoming, inclusive, and foster a sense of belonging where all talent can thrive. As such, leaders must work to ensure that the workplace culture is more accommodating and appealing to the varying needs, expectations, work and communication styles, different abilities, and experiences of a new generation of talent. Achieving this is a really hard change management process, especially in companies that have existed for decades. So how do leaders really move the needle in their company culture?
