- Do you have the ability to paint a picture of the future, to offer ideas that will solve complex problems and goals that will achieve business results? And can you convey your ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling way that invokes buy-in, followship and action? If you answered yes, then you are demonstrating strategic thinking skills. If you did not answer yes to all of these, I challenge you to develop this important skill. Why? Because workers today want to work for leaders who have the vision, know-how to get things done, and who have the knowledge and business acumen to achieve results.
