- If you are a leader and no one is following you, you're just taking a walk. This is one of my favorite quotes to live by and one that I coach leaders all over the world. In this course, I'll reveal how the role of leadership is changing in this era of disruption and amid increased complexity. I'll identify what are the skills and competencies and attitudes that every leader should demonstrate if they want to be successful. I'll share some of my own leadership experiences and success strategies, but I am over the moon excited to feature two of the most effective leaders I've encountered in my career.
