- As the CEO of my global consulting firm, I am proud to lead a diverse team. I have a mix of work experiences, ethnicities, ages, sexual identities, personalities, cultures, and skills and I was deliberate about selecting my team and looking for what I didn't have. As a result, I have achieved sustained success for nearly a decade because I learned how to utilize the unique and diverse gifts and talents of my team.
