Building relationships

- The ability to form healthy relationships up, down, and across the organization is key to your success as a leader. When done well, it can help you build greater trust, get more things done through others, which is teamwork, increase job satisfaction, and enhance your career aspirations. Are you that kind of leader? There are three relationships that I urge you to build and to cultivate internally in order to achieve these benefits that I just mentioned. The first key relationship is with your boss and direct supervisor. It is important to get a clear understanding of each other's needs and expectations. Here's five things that I did to build a great relationship with my last boss.
