- I work with organizational leaders all over the world who are dealing with some significant workplace challenges such as finding top talent, increasing employee engagement and retention, fostering cultures of inclusion, equity, and belonging, responding to numerous social and geopolitical issues that spill over into the workplace, and a hybrid work environment, to name a few.
