Applying blend modes to multiple layers and groups

- [Instructor] There's an important difference between applying blend modes to individual layers versus applying blend modes to layer groups. Let's take a moment to see the different results. So here I have a layer group that just contains the background circles. Then I have this original layer group that has the ball as well as the large pin and the small pin. And then these other three layer groups are just duplicates of that so that we can apply some different blend modes. So for the original layer group, I'm just going to leave that one alone. So we have something to compare the other ones to, then I'll choose the layer set to multiply layer group, and I'm going to select all of those layers and change the blend mode to multiply. We can see that each one of these layers is multiplied with the others, and they're also being blended with any layers underneath in this case, the background circles. All right, with the next…
