Applying Camera Raw as a filter

- [Instructor] As a photographer, I typically have the luxury of working with my own raw files, but many designers aren't always so fortunate. So applying camera raw as a smart filter is an ideal way to make changes to a photograph non-destructively when it's not practical to return to the original file and make the changes there. So in this image, let's see how to use camera as a filter to quickly add warmth and a slight glow. First I will convert it for smart filters, turning into a smart object and then choose camera raw as a filter. In the basic panel, I'm going to decrease the amount of Dehaze in order to give the image a bit of a glow, but it also lightens it too much. So I'm going to decrease my blacks, bring down my highlights. I might set my white point a little bit brighter and then bring down my exposure.
