- [Narrator] After taking the time to modify an existing brush preset or creating a custom brush of our own, we'll want to save those changes as a new brush in order to reuse them in the future. So we're going to start by editing a brush preset and then saving that as a new brush. In the dry media brushes, I'll start with this Kyle's Ultimate Pastel Palooza and then I'll just click and drag out a stroke. All right. So that's the default stroke. Let's make some changes to that. I'm going to enable the wet edges and then we can paint again. All right. Well, I like that but I also want to change the opacity. So I'll tap the five key and let's change the flow down to 50%. And then I'll go ahead and paint again. We're getting a little bit different of an effect here. All right. So let's say we want to save this as a new brush preset. That's as easy as using the fly out menu on the brushes panel and choosing new…
